SUMIFLORA®-LP supports healthy growth in broilers by promoting a balanced gut environment. It is a dried Lactobacillus plantarum fermentation product that can be described as a paraprobiotic, containing inactivated microbial cells for stability and safety. Selected from hundreds of natural strains, it was developed for its support of normal immune function potential as a non-antibiotic feed ingredient that supports gut health and broiler performance.

SUMIFLORA®-SG supports gut health and performance in piglets and broilers by serving as a substrate for beneficial gut bacteria. Produced through fermentation, sodium gluconate reaches the lower gastrointestinal tract with minimal absorption or degradation, where it exhibits prebiotic activity. Research suggests that sodium gluconate can be utilized by beneficial bacteria in the lower gastrointestinal tract, resulting in increased butyrate production. Because butyrate plays an important role in maintaining intestinal function, it helps support nutrient absorption, intestinal barrier integrity, and overall gut health.
